Cleaning for the benefit of our customers

The pharmaceutical product line treats cleaning as a fundamental part of the production processes in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics and food industry.

Parts that come into contact with the product, such as containers, barrels, funnels, pipes, but also machine and tool parts of any kind are cleaned to remove residues.

The cleaning process can be programmed and validated, and takes into account customer-specific quality requirements.

Our cleaning systems are available in many versions:

• GMP cleaning with solvents or ultrapure water (WFI), but also with cleaning additives
• GMP cleaning by circulation in a closed chamber or as CIP system
• In explosion-risk areas
• Automated solutions with transport roller systems (conveyor), automatic opening and closing of IBCs
• Validatable system solutions
